- We don't issue refunds for shipments once processed.

  • When a customer selects the "Book a Shipment" option or any other related button to arrange a shipment, they will be redirected to a secure form hosted by Zoho Forms. Here, the customer will be asked to provide necessary shipment information. It is crucial to note that our website does not directly store any customer data, including payment information, nor is this information stored on our Zoho Forms-based form.

  • The data collected via the Zoho Form is fully encrypted before it is stored, ensuring its security. Access to this data is restricted solely to us as the service provider. Importantly, this means that the data is not accessible to any third party, including Zoho itself.

  • For further details on privacy, we recommend reviewing Zoho and Zoho Form's privacy policies on their respective websites.

  • In addition to the above:

  • 1. We maintain strict data privacy and protection policies to ensure that your personal information is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
    2. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
    3. We take the necessary steps to ensure that your data remains secure during transit to and from our systems and Zoho Forms.
    4. We use your information only for the purposes of facilitating your shipment and for any other services you've requested. 
    5. We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with legal requirements and tax and accounting laws.
    6. We uphold your rights to review, amend, or delete your personal data at any time.

  • Please note that these policies are subject to change, and we encourage customers to review our privacy policy periodically for any updates.

Terms of Use

1)Once a shipment is dispatched or picked up, please be aware that refunds are not possible. Our liability for damage or loss during shipping is capped at INR 500. Our involvement concludes as soon as the package is in the custody of the courier service such as Delhivery, FedEx, UPS, among others, since we act purely as facilitators of their services.

2)In addition to these provisions, please also note the following points:

1. Our responsibility does not extend to shipping delays caused by unexpected logistical challenges or unanticipated events.

2. Duties, taxes or additional charges imposed at the destination country are entirely the recipient's obligation and are not within our purview.

3. It's the customer's duty to ensure that the goods being shipped are compliant with the rules and regulations of the destination country.
4. Any damage or loss must be reported to us promptly upon receipt of the shipment. Late claims may not be accommodated.
5. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any package that breaches our shipping policies.
6. We strongly advise customers to obtain additional insurance for high-value items, considering our compensation limit is INR 500.
7. In case of incorrect weight or package dimensions provided, we will not be held responsible as our role is merely that of a service provider. The accuracy of these details is entirely the customer's responsibility.
8. In the event we discover any prohibited item, we not only reserve the right to refuse the shipment but are also obligated to report such incidents to the relevant government authorities of India.

Finally, we wish to highlight that we reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without any prior notification. We advise you to review the most recent terms before using our services.
